Q. What's the payment method?
 
A:  At present, we accept, Transferwise, Alipay,  Bank transfer.  
 
We would prefer you doing Transferwise and Alipay.  they are safe and easy, and supports debit card and credit card.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
 
A:  Right now,  we mostly ship by EMS ,UPS and  DHL because they are safe. The shipping cost is charged on order weight. 
 
 
3.  Making Order
 
Q.  How to make order on Sportskicks.cn/? 
 
A.  
1>Register with your email, place order for the items you want. 
 
2>Make payment via Tranferwise , or Alipay from your debit or credit card.

Q.  What do you do when you receive email about items out of stock?
 
A.  When you receive an email about some items are not in stock, you can choose others items with same prices as replacements, 
 
we will choose from them to process and ship them out to you soon.

Q.  What should I do when I find something wrong with the item I receive?
 
A .  Please take pictures of the items you got,  send pictures by email or whatsapp. We'll check and handle with

6.  Tracking of Order
 
 Q:  Will I be informed after the order sent ? 
 
A:  Yes, when the order sent, we will send the tracking number to your email. You can see the order number in your order too.

7. Shipping Time
 
Q.  How long does the process takes for an order? How long can I receive my package?

Process of order --- 3-5 workdays after payment. 
 
The delivery---  5~8 business days in DHL,  8-15 days in EMS normally. 
 
 
(It's delayed due to the coronavirus, takes around 2 weeks in DHL now,  EMS takes more days) 
 
 
8.  Items Not Presented on Website
 
Q.  How can I buy something doesn't display on website?
 
A.  In this case, you can send us the item pictures you want, we can check for you with factory. 
 
and you can place order on our website for similar items, we will change to the items you want. 
 
 
9. Return or Exchange
 
Sorry, we do not have return and exchange service.
 
Q.  If I order wrong items, or wrong size,  can i return and exchange the goods?  
 
      ( or I don't like the goods received?)
 
A.  We don't take responsibility while it's the buyer's personal preference or mistake,  so please double confirm the goods and sizes when make order. 
 
 
Q. I received wrong items /wrong size,  can I exchange? 
 
A. when you found the items not correct upon arrival,  please take pictures of the items, and contact our customer service, we would check and solve it properly. 
 
 
10.  Refund Policy
 
Q.  Can I ask refund if the order is not fullfilled? 
 
A.  Sorry, currently there is no refund on our site.  
 
1> If you dont want the order, you can replace the items to others at similar price.
 
2>  If the package got lost, you could file a case again the shipping company and provide us the case No. , we will take next action and resend another package. 
 
3>  For the package seized by customs, we would resend Once again (Once Only).
